Lynne Moncrieff is a Mixed Media artist creating collage, assemblage, art journals, handmade books, jewellery, etc.

Over the years she has been involved with Design Teams for multiple companies in the U.K., U.S.A. and Australia with an on-going Design Team commitment with That’s Crafty! Her passion is stamping which extends to hand-carving her own stamp designs and designing for That’s Crafty who produce her stamps, stencils and eco-dyed papers.

Lynne has seen her work published including U.K. stamping/mixed media magazines and most prominently by Stampington & Company, in a vast range of their magazine titles including Somerset Studio and Art Journaling.

Her style has evolved over the years, with a gravitation towards the natural world whether in the use of focal imagery or the inclusion of elements from nature such as dried leaves and botanicals, found feathers, twigs. Her favoured earthy colour palette is another area reflecting the connection with nature and a style rooted in the organic with a hint of grunge, also incorporating her interest in staining/dying papers and textiles, rusting, eco dying and eco printing with words playing an important role in her artwork, often referring to her own stamp designs.

With a contemplative tone, her artwork is often providing permission to pause within your day, if only for one moment.
