Renewal - 8”x8” on MDF Panel

This one-of-a-kind Mixed Media artwork sees a subtle, organic background of Walnut Ink and Black and Tree Bark Pearl Inks on watercolour paper, mounted to MDF Panel. CraftyBoard ATC and CraftyBoard Dominos, covered with the painted watercolour paper, feature stamped images, whether seen as a stylized branch or flower, with the larger stamp on the ATC and the smaller version on the Dominos. This stamp is from Lynne’s Nature’s Gatherings Stamp Set and was originally hand-carved. Those elements rest upon black thread wrapped around the panel with final details of stamped and painted circles to bring balance to the composition and the stamped word, Renewal, which could be representative of the renewal of nature or relating to personal renewal.
